Hi, this is a different computer to my one in the MRL forum.

I manually powered my computer off during updates and now each time I run it, it goes to startup repair and cannot fix the error.

I selected 'disable automatic restart on system error' and this time, instead of going to startup repair, a BSOD appeared with the error STOP: c000021a {Fatal System Error}

I have tried last known good configuration... didn't help.. safe mode didn't help either.

When I select a restore point and try to restore it, it says that system protection needs to be enabled.

... help??

I would try running the chkdsk /r command from the command prompt.

Chkdsk From Command Prompt, Win 7 - http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/t/496613/contextmenu-is-causing-explorerexe-to-crash/?p=3067880

If no difference after 1 attempt with this command...please run it again.

STOP 0xC000021A: STATUS_SYSTEM_PROCESS_TERMINATED bugchecks at boot are quite difficult to troubleshoot. Can you try to disable KMCS from the advanced options menu (F8) by clicking "Disable Driver Signature Enforcement?" If you're able to boot normally, back-up all your files and come back to this thread for more suggestions.

If I do not reply in three days, please message me.
