PLEASE can someone help me. Please be patient with me while I explain as it is a bit of a story. I copied something from someone using my memory card, the moment I inserted the memory card, I noticed there was an application (not folder), that had appeared in the flash drive, It was written System Volume Information, this was not a folder, but an application, in a few seconds multiple shortcut-virus style applications appeared with replica names of all the folders that where in that memory card. After I copied my items, my computer became sick. This is where things started getting strange. At first, my Windows Explorer was not working well. If i opened it, it would not show important links to quick access places like "this PC" or Downloads, or any of the things found in quick access or the access tab. If it did show the links, when you click on ''this PC'' it was blank showing the green loading bar in the address bar. If I went manually on the address bar and typed c: or D: it took me to those folders (or partitions) but the green loading bar would still be there and there would be no thumb nails on the files as if they where unrecognized files. I searched and found a solution, I had to re-index my computer, took 3/4 of the day but it worked, soon another problem arose that same night. There where certain applications that where no longer running. I would get the "this application can't run on your PC. Check with Publisher..." in a matter of minutes, every application was affected, except for edge and the stock music player that came with windows and Microsoft store. I tried scanning for viruses, disabling smart screen and all sorts of wizardry but nothing worked. I finally gave up and I reloaded windows (incidentally using the same memory card that had the System Volume Information application virus. Still, that hasn't worked. I have noticed something IMPORTANT with all the apps that are not running, the .exe file will be 0 bytes. Even if I download some new application right now, within 5 minutes, it will be 0 bytes and "can't run on this PC. I though maybe it was my anti virus that was chewing these files up, but that didn't work either. All running softwares seem to be safe, the moment I close the software, like the opera browser I am using to type this message, if I wait 5 minutes, this app wont run on this PC!. PLEASE HELP. Any assistance would be much much appreciated. Thank you In advance and thank you for this great service.

The laptop is a Lenovo G50, 4gig ram, Windows 10pro 64bit.
