Hi and welcome

You have some nasty infections there.

Some of which are back doors and can/do allow attackers to ahve complete access to your PC.
These nasties can also have keylogger abilities which means your passwords may have been stolen.
The attacker can also download/install other malwares to your PC & run them including rootkits, keyloggers, more backdoors, spyware & more.
Your Hosts file has likely been hijacked to block you from any security sites including the ones used to update your security software and sites listed in the help page for the programs needed for you do complete.

If you do anything like online banking, Credit card purchaces online I suggest you get to a clean computer and change all your passwords to these services if used.
I also suggest you contact any of the above mentioned companies you use and alert them so they can watch your accounts for suspicious activity.
Please don't use infected computer for these services untill cleaned.

To be honest if it was me that was attacked by these malwares I would be doing a full format/clean install.
This is the only way to ensure your pC is completely clean and safe again.

However...if you do not have the resorces to format/re-install I can help you clean it to the best of my abilities.

Let me know your plans.

If cleaning....Please carry on with the following:

Your Hijackthis is running from within a zip.
Please upzip hijackthis to its own folder someplace like the desktop.
Anything we fix with it cannot create backups if needed.
By having its own folder backups are created properly in case we need em.
Right click hijackthis.zip> choose "extract all"> follow wizard to extract files to its own folder.

Next......

Download SDFix and save it to your Desktop.

Right click the SDFix.zip folder and choose Extract All to extract it to its own folder on the Desktop. Please then reboot your computer in Safe Mode by doing the following :
  • Restart your computer
  • After hearing your computer beep once during startup, but before the Windows icon appears, tap the F8 key continually;
  • Instead of Windows loading as normal, the Advanced Options Menu should appear;
  • Select the first option, to run Windows in Safe Mode, then press Enter.
  • Choose your usual account.
  • Open the extracted SDFix folder and double click RunThis.bat to start the script.
  • Type Y then "enter" to begin the cleanup process.
  • It will remove any Trojan Services or Registry Entries found then prompt you to press any key to Reboot.
  • Press any Key and it will restart the PC.
  • When the PC restarts the Fixtool will run again and complete the removal process then display Finished, press any key to end the script and load your desktop icons.
  • Once the desktop icons load the SDFix report will open on screen and also save into the SDFix folder as Report.txt.
  • Finally copy and paste the contents of the results file Report.txt back onto the forum with a new HijackThis log

Thanks
I'll have an order of massive trojan attack please with a side order of rootkit and virus dip.
Pre-course order of fresh spyware salad please with a side order of polymorphic dressing.
And to drink...a nice tall glass of adware!

For dessert; can I have a bowl of the freshest worms you have please?.

Never Give Up!

Hi

Can you post a fresh hijackthis log please?

As well as Hijackthis I would like to see a complete startuplist too.

Open Hijackthis
Click "open misc tools section"
Check both options beside "generate startuplist log" and hit "generate startuplist log".
Say OK and post results.

Thanks
