A lot of text don't appear

Problem is: empty text of tabs, empty text of click-right menu, empty text of downloads tab

I tried and Chrome Browser, is the same problem

Does same issue exist with IE 11?  Any application other than your browsers?

I tried Chrome and Opera, is the same problem at these browsers.
i can't install ie 11 because i don't have windows 7 sp1..
but i want to resolve this problem with browser chrome and opera...
Do you know what is the problem? Internet explorer works normally but opera and chrome.. no
PS: sorry for my bad english

My reaction would be to...first, clear the caches of both browsers.

 

Second, run the sfc /xcannow  command and then see if problem remains.

I cleared the cache of browser, it's same problem.

I runned a scan with Advanced SystemCare 10 and i restarted computer and voila,
