Your UEFI/BIOS (version F4) dates from 2015.  Please check at the manufacturer's website to see if there are any UEFI/BIOS updates available for your system.  If you are able to install the update through Windows (without booting from an external drive), then go ahead and update it.  WARNING - if the computer might shut down during this procedure, please don't do it, as this may physically damage the computer and prevent it from booting.
FYI - W8 and W10 communicate more with the UEFI/BIOS than previous versions of Windows, so it's important to ensure that the UEFI/BIOS is kept up to date (and the outdated UEFI/BIOS' may be the cause of some compatibility issues).

Only 4 Windows Update hotfixes installed.  Most build 15063 (1703/Creators Update) systems have more than this.  Please visit Windows Update and get ALL available Windows Updates.
The actual number is not important.  Rather it's important that you checked manually, installed any available updates, and didn't experience any errors when checking or updating.

There are problems with these devices in Device Manager:

Android ADB Interface    ROOT\UNKNOWN\0000    This device cannot start.
Android Composite ADB Interface    ROOT\UNKNOWN\0001    This device cannot start.
Android Bootloader Interface    ROOT\UNKNOWN\0002    This device cannot start.

I would suggest uninstalling all the Android stuff while we're troubleshooting.

Feel free to reinstall the latest, W10 compatible version AFTER we've finished troubleshooting.

Memory dumps are running awfully slow, will post back when they're done..........

- John  (my website: http://www.carrona.org/ )
**If you need a more detailed explanation, please ask for it. I have the Knack. **  If I haven't replied in 48 hours, please send me a message.

My eye problems have lessened and I'm able to post/respond without too much difficulty. (05 Sep 2017)
FYI - I am completely blind in the right eye and ~30% blind in the left eye.

If the eye problems come on suddenly, I may not be able to respond.
If that's the case and help is needed, please PM a staff member for assistance.

Some USB traces in some of the dumps (don't know if this is significant)..

Looks like a hardware/compatibility/low-level driver problem.

Maybe DroidCam?  Try uninstalling it and physically remove the Android device and it's cable from your system, then check in Device Manager to make sure the problem entries aren't there any more.
If they are, post back here.

Beyond that, first try Driver Verifier according to these instructions:  http://www.carrona.org/verifier.html

Let it crash a few times, then zip up and upload the files from C:\Windows\Minidump.

If you can't zip it there, copy them to your Desktop and zip them up there.

Then start with these free hardware diagnostics:  http://www.carrona.org/hwdiag.html

Please finish ALL of the tests and let us know the results.

Please update these older drivers.  Links are provided in order to assist you with looking up the source of the drivers.
If unable to find an update, please uninstall the program that is responsible for that driver.

DO NOT manually delete/rename the driver as it may make the system unbootable!!!:
