I found an extension in the Chrome extension store that may be malicious. I don't know what it does, and I did not install. In permissions, it wants to change the search page in addition to read and modify web pages.
I'm not asking for help, but I know some of you are interested in taking apart code. This one has 18 users and was updated Nov 4.It's a copy of the ebates extension, including logo and description.
The link is
I reported it as abusive, so it may disappear. But there it is if it's your sort of thing to dissect code.
