Mouse/Keyboard disconnecting

Hello, I've been having an issue with my Mouse and Keyboard. The mouse, when plugged into two of my back USB ports used to keep on disconnecting and making the Windows sound, while reconnecting instantly, and taking like a second to make movement I did during the disconnecting, it stopped working on those 2 USB Ports completely, so I started using it in another back USB Port, which has since seemed fine. However, I plugged my WI-FI receiver into the USB Ports in which the mouse stopped working, and it doesn't give me any issues..

Now, while my mouse doesn't have the reconnecting/disconnecting issue anymore, randomly my mouse and keyboard will disconnect completely and only work if I restart my PC.

What can I do to fix this?

The least that I would do is remove/uninstall the USB controller drivers and then reboot.

 

Go to Device Manager, scroll down to USB Controllers...click to see detail.  Uninstall each item reflecting "Standard Enhanced...Controller" in description.  This must be done one at a time, so do one,, then do the next.  When all such have been removed/uninstalled, then reboot the system.

The only thing that says Enhanced Controller is Intel Chipset, should I uninstall it?

If the USB ports are the only thing bugging me about a system...I would just throw in a USB controller card and forget about the onboard USB.  You haven't provided any info about this system but that would be my normal quick fix for USB problems/situations once removal of the controllers in Device Manager failed to resolve. 

 

Please download MiniToolBox  , save it to your desktop and run it.
 
Checkmark the following checkboxes:
  List last 10 Event Viewer log
  List Installed Programs
  List Users, Partitions and Memory size.
 
Click Go and paste the content into your next post.
 
Also...please Publish a Snapshot using Speccy taking care to post the link of the snapshot in your next post.

   Go to Piriform's website, and download the free version on the left.  Click Download from Piriform.com (the FileHippo link requires an extra click). Or if you want to use a portable version of Speccy (which doesn't require installation), click the builds page link and download the portable version. You will now be asked where you want to save the file. The best place to put it is the Desktop, as it will be easy to find later.

    After the file finishes downloading, you are ready to run Speccy. If you downloaded the installer, simply double-click on it and follow the prompts until installation is complete. If you downloaded the portable version, you will need to unzip it before use. Right-click the ZIP file and click Extract all. Click Next. Open up the extracted folder and double-click on Speccy.
 
     Once inside Speccy, it will look similar to this (with your computer's specifications, of course):

     Now, at the top, click File > Publish Snapshot.

     Click Yes > then Copy to Clipboard

Now, once you are back in the forum topic you are posting in, click the ADD REPLY or REPLY TO THIS TOPIC button. Right-click in the empty space of the Reply box and click Paste. Then, click Add Reply below the Reply box.

I don't read Portuguese or any other language other than English :).  Multilingual I am not.

Hmmm...this install is about 2 weeks old.  How long have you had this system...and, if current install is a reinstall...why the reinstall of Windows?  What were the previous problems?

I don't actually recall doing a reinstall 2 weeks ago, my PC is 4 years old, and went to repair 2 weeks ago due to issues in boot.

During repair I believe there wasn't a reinstall, however I did update my Windows 10 version to a more recent one close to 2 weeks ago.

Today the issue that led to the PC going to repair happened again ,however ,unplugging my keyboard and mouse fixed it, strangely.

My Keyboard did stop working today, tho.
