Windows 10 UAC Ambient Sound

I seem to be receiving an ambient windows notification tone on startup and randomly when my computer is on, and the tones aren't ever accompanied by a window opening or any sort of message being displayed. It seems to be the UAC tone.

 

I just started noticing these when these after a virus took hold of my computer. The infection has been dealt with in the topic at the link below.

Does anyone know how I might get rid of these random sounds?

 

I've tried booting in safe mode, but sound is disabled so I have no luck catching them on startup. I'll also configured a clean boot but the sounds still persist.
