You might try using a bit more honey than vinegar when asking for free help.  Insulting folks by calling this site a joke does not normally prompt people to offer helpful advice.  Just saying.

does it do it in safe mode?  if it doesn't then it's probably a driver software conflict.  update drivers for video card and mouse, maybe even look at a bios upgrade and see if it address's related issues.

Insulting language is not tolerated on this site, from the forum rules -

There will be no posts meant to offend or hurt any other member, in a manner which is offensive or inflammatory. This includes flaming or instigating arguments.

Further, English is the official language on BC. If English is not your first language, and it isn't for many of our members, then there are always services like Google Translate. It is perfectly acceptable to post in your own language and then attach the Google, or equivalent, translation. At least Google Translate generally gets the grammar correct -

When posting, please use proper grammar. Refrain from 'text-message' style substitutions of words like 'u' for 'you', and 'ur' for 'your'. This is a multi-national forum, and some of our non-english speaking members must use translation software which is confused by abbreviations
