I was wondering if someone can please inform me if it's possible and if so how to remotely diagnose issues related to system memory, graphics cards and blue screens in Windows 7. I realize the answer could be extensive. Thanks in advance.

Remote trouble-shooting...is what we do.  Any attempt to diagnose/evaluation system problems...without hands-on...is, in effect, remote troulbeshooting.

I don't know what you have in mind...but any situations which are the result of hardware situations (not malware, not O/S-related) would (IMO) be very difficult to correctly diagnose remotely.  The inability to do simple tasks...check connections, remove components, and so on...would add to the complexity of evaluating nardware situations, IMO.

Do you have a problem you need/want help with?

Family and loved ones will always be a priority in my daily life.  You never know when one will leave you.
