One day my pc was working fine as usual, no problems whatsoever until the next day when I turned it on, it seemed like it was okay as the loading screens were showing up, but once it got to the blue windows logo and the white loading circle, it started taking a little longer than normal, and eventually after that the screen goes black and stays that way forever.

I've tried many things like using a different monitor, I've booted it up in every way possible, and whenever it does the automatic repair or any other way it gets to the place where you should be able to troubleshoot, I get put at a screen where it says "choose your keyboard layout", and my mouse and keyboard don't work. Any questions or help would be very much appreciated, thank you.

Can you boot into the BIOS?

Family and loved ones will always be a priority in my daily life.  You never know when one will leave you.
