Hi Marioo,

Sometimes it is necessary to run sfc /scannow more than once to repair corrupt files. At times, it has been necessary to run it 3 times. I speak from experience.
So, open an elevated Command Prompt and run sfc /scannow again. After it completes copy and paste this in the Command Prompt:

findstr /c:"[SR]" %windir%\Logs\CBS\CBS.log >"%userprofile%\Desktop\sfcdetails.txt" and then press enter.

This will place a sfcdetails.txt file to your desktop. It will have the results from the CBS.LOG in it.

There is a possibility that the command in the previous post may not complete as desired.  If this occurs you can use the command below.

You will need to open the Elevated Command Prompt as a Administrator.

Click on the Start orb, then type cmd in the Search box.

CMD will appear above the search box, right click on it and select Run as administrator.

When the Elevated Command Prompt opens copy and paste the command below, then press Enter.

cmd /c copy %windir%\logs\cbs\cbs.log "%userprofile%\Desktop\cbs.txt"

This will place a icon on your desktop, open the file and copy it.

This log usually is very large, for this reason you should use a host website like Dropbox to post the log.  You can start a free 30 day trial.  Once you have loaded the log at Dropbox post a link to the website.

Family and loved ones will always be a priority in my daily life.  You never know when one will leave you.
