Hi, I've recently stumbled upon a notepad file in my temp file with my pc's name, today's date and it ends with a .log extension.   I have posted a screenshot below. Any help or clues to what this might be would be extremely helpful and much appreciated. Thanks in advance,

Anton

You have not attached anything, but .log files in the TEMP folder are as common as dirt.   Many Windows processes create these.  Open it with Notepad and the first line or two will probably tell you precisely what created it.

Scan it with your antivirus and/or antimalware first to put your mind at ease before opening it.
