Hi shayan and welcome to Bleeping Computer

You got some infections there.

Please Download NoLop to your desktop from one of the links below...
Link 1
Link 2
Link 3
  • First close any other programs you have running as this will require a reboot
  • Double click NoLop.exe to run it
  • Now click the button labelled "Search and Destroy"
<<your computer will now be scanned for infected files>>
  • When scanning is finished you will be prompted to reboot only if infected, Click OK
  • Now click the "REBOOT" Button.
  • A Message should popup from NoLop. If not, double click the program again and it will finish Please Post the contents of C:\NoLop.log along with a fresh HijackThis log
--If you receive an error, "mscomctl.ocx or one of its dependencies are not correctly registered," please download mscomctl.ocx to your system32 folder then rerun the program.--

Hi again, we'll continue ;)

You are using DAP which is not technically malware, but it may include malware and allow it into your system. You can find Safer Alternatives. We'll remove it.

The you have NetPumper installed. The Free version is bundled with adware, and we should remove it. If you're using the Pro version (Pro is clean), skip the green steps.

You should print these instructions or save these to a text file. Follow these instructions carefully.

Download and install ewido anti-spyware 4.0
  • Open ewido anti-spyware
  • Click on the Update icon at the top of the window
    • Click on the Start update button
    • Wait for the update to download and install
  • Click Guard
  • Click under "resident shield is"
  • Change it from active to inactive
  • Quit the program, well use this later.
Download ATF Cleaner by Atribune to your desktop.
Do NOT run yet.

Open Control Panel -> Add/Remove programs -> Remove all the of the following programs if found:

DAP

NetPumper

Run HijackThis, click Do a system scan only, and check the box next to each of these entries if still present. Close all other windows and press Fix checked. If something isn't there, please continue with the next entry in the list.

C:\Program Files\DAP
C:\Program Files\NetPumper

Double-click ATF-Cleaner.exe to run the program.
Under Main choose: Select All
Click the Empty Selected button.

MR JAK3,

First of all thank you again for your help, I really appreciate it.

I am posting the results of Ewido anti-spyware and HijackThis. I did everything step by step, just as you had told me to do in your post. I didn't manage to get rid of Ad.firstadsolution.com, it's still appears when I start the firefox.

Ok we'll continue...

If you already remove Nolop, download it to your desktop from one of the links below...
Link 1
Link 2
Link 3
  • First close any other programs you have running as this will require a reboot
  • Double click NoLop.exe to run it[list]
  • Now click the button labelled "Search and Destroy"
<<your computer will now be scanned for infected files>>
  • When scanning is finished you will be prompted to reboot only if infected, Click OK
  • Now click the "REBOOT" Button.
  • A Message should popup from NoLop. If not, double click the program again and it will finish.
--If you receive an error, "mscomctl.ocx or one of its dependencies are not correctly registered," please download mscomctl.ocx to your system32 folder then rerun the program.--

    • Scan using the following Anti-Virus database:
    Extended (if available otherwise Standard)
    • Scan Options:
    Scan Archives
    Scan Mail Bases
  • Click OK
  • Now under select a target to scan:Select My Computer
  • This will program will start and scan your system.
  • The scan will take a while so be patient and let it run.
  • Once the scan is complete it will display if your system has been infected.
    • Now click on the Save as Text button:

The ad.firstadsolution.com has stopped poping up. Should I still scan the computer with Kaspersky Webscanner?

Ok nice to hear that.

It would still be best to run a scan with Kaspersky just in case ;)

Ok, I run Kaspersky scanner. And please can you tell how can I keep my computer protact from all these malwares and sypwares in the future. They are really annoying, don't they? I regularly run spybot and ad-aware, but they don't seem to the best solutions...

I was going to post these after the Kaspersky log but here comes the "stay clean" advice

Now that you are clean, please follow these simple steps in order to keep your computer clean and secure:
  • Clear your system restore
This will clear the system restore folders from possible malware that was left behind during the cleaning process.
  • Use ATF Cleaner
Download and install ATF Cleaner. Clean your temporary files & folders with it regularly.
  • Use Ad-Aware
Download and install Ad-Aware. Update it and scan your computer regularly with it.
  • Use Ewido
Update it and scan your computer regularly with it.
  • Use Spybot S&D
Download and install Spybot S&D. Update it and scan your computer regularly with it.
  • Install SpywareBlaster
SpywareBlaster will prevent spyware from being installed.
  • Install MVPS Hosts file
This prevents your computer from connecting to harmful sites.
  • Use Firefox browser
Firefox is faster, safer and better browser than Internet Explorer.
  • Keep your systen up-to-date
    Visit Windows Update regularly.
  • Keep your antivirus and firewall up-to-date
Scan your computer regularly with your antivirus.
  • Read this article by TonyKlein
So how did I get infected in the first place?
