This is from a Dell Latitude 5580 that was purchased in 9/17. It has been having bluescreen issues from the start, and was re-imaged last week. BSOD and random reboots continue in spited of efforts to update windows and all drivers on the laptop. I am starting to lean towards a memory/ram issue but Dell diagnostics comes up clean.

Error is as follows:

0x00000109_0xA3A01F58A968B785__0x0000000000000000__0xBF434B9E6944203B__0x0000000000000101_C__Windows_system32_ntoskrnl_exe

New on 9/17, reimaged and still BSOD's?  Contact Dell support about returning it for a new one under warranty.

Start with these free hardware diagnostics:  http://www.carrona.org/hwdiag.html

You'll need to update Windows - you're 3 major updates back (missing the Anniversary Update, the Creators Update, and the Fall Creators Update).

Out of 10 memory dumps there were 6 different BSOD  (aka STOP or BugCheck) error codes.  The differing error codes are usually symptomatic of a lower level problem within the system. They are usually caused by one of these things (the list is not in any sort of order):
- borked (broken) hardware (several different procedures used to isolate the problem device)
- BIOS issues (check for updates at the motherboard manufacturer's website)
- overclocking/overheating - You'll know if you're overclocking or not. If uncertain we can suggest things to check.
- dirt/dust/hair/fur/crud inside the case.  Blow out the case/vents with canned air (DO NOT use an air compressor or vacuum as they can cause damage to the system)
- missing Windows Updates
- compatibility issues (3rd party hardware/drivers), older systems, or even pirated systems
- overfull hard drives (drives with less than 15% free space)
- low-level driver problems
- or even malware (scanned for when we ask for hardware diagnostics from http://www.carrona.org/initdiag.html or http://www.carrona.org/hwdiag.html ).

Please get a head start on the hardware diagnostics - they are located here:  http://www.carrona.org/hwdiag.html
Please finish ALL of them and let us know the results.

Will post the actual analysis later on today/tomorrow AM

Had a few extra minutes this AM, so I went ahead and did the full analysis:

Your UEFI/BIOS (version 1.6.4) dates from September of 2017.  Please check at the manufacturer's website to see if there are any UEFI/BIOS updates available for your system.  This is just in case there has been a more recent update.
FYI - W8 and W10 communicate more with the UEFI/BIOS than previous versions of Windows, so it's important to ensure that the UEFI/BIOS is kept up to date (and that outdated UEFI/BIOS' may be the cause of some compatibility issues).

You're missing 3 major updates - Anniversary Update, Creators Update, and the Fall Creators Update.

Please check Windows Update repeatedly until you get the Fall Creators Update - they all contain fixes that may help your system.

Please be sure to use Dell Update to ensure that you have the latest updates on your system from Dell also.
