Hi everyone,
Last night i was trying to download jl_cmndr for y blackberry and i downloaded the file but when i install the software it doesn't do anything but put some bloatware on my desktop and my browsers start to open automatically with some weird homepages.when i try to open a website it shows me a page showing that it cannot open that page and also my laptop got very slow.i rebooted in safe mode (windows 7 pro x64) and uninstalled all the new installed bloatware and all other startup files from the windows startup.

now when i try to install any anti malware it just doesn't let it install.I've tried to install  many anti malware and anti viruses but no success.

anyways I've removed my hdd from my laptop and placed a new one and installed os.

waiting for the anti ransomware for that new ransomware to recover and fix my files.

btw if there is any other way that i can do to remove and recover my files please share it.Thanks

There is only such information

My projects: Digest "Crypto-Ransomwares" + Anti-Ransomware Project (In Russian) + Google Translate Technology

Have you been attacked by a Ransomware? Report here. Пострадали от шифровальщика? Сообщите мне здесь.

As noted, this ransomware has already been reported...see .Losers (Cry36) Ransomware.

Afraid it has been confirmed by the Emsisoft team to be a new iteration of Cry36, and it is not decryptable. You can only restore from backups, or pay the criminals (not recommended).

There is an ongoing discussion in this topic where victims can post comments, ask questions and seek further assistance. Other victims have been directed there to share information, experiences and suggestions.Rather than have everyone with individual topics, it would be best (and more manageable for staff) if you posted any more questions, comments or requests for assistance in the above support topic discussion...it includes experiences by experts, a variety of IT consultants, end users and company reps who have been affected by ransomware infections. To avoid unnecessary confusion, this topic is closed.
