Hello everyone,

I have a customer's PC that I'm working on. It was updated to the latest version of Windows 10. I'm trying to setup the controlled folder access but am unable to. AVG has been installed as its antivirus. When trying to turn on the folder access feature, it is not letting me. Does anyone know if Defender has to be the primary AV (and turned on) in order for that to work?

Thank you

EDIT: After speaking with Microsoft, they stated that in order to use this functionality you must be using Defender. When you start using a 3rd Party AV you are no longer able to use the folder access functionality.
