I have an Inspiron 15 3000 Series that is almost brand new. I am not computer savvy and am having a problem that I've never dealt with before. I am unable to pull up the network window when left clicking on my wifi symbol in the bottom right hand corner of my computer. I'm able to right click and access that menu. When I manually go into my network status and try to click 'show available networks' nothing happens. I am trying to disconnect from my roommates router upstairs and connect to my personal router in my room. My phone finds and connects to the new router without any issues.

First thing to try is to remove the WiFi device from Device Manager and restart the computer for it to reinstall.

Next I'd suggest going to Dell Support and downloading the current drivers.
