Getting annoying pop-up on a Windows 10 PC with "Update Available" as the header of the dialog box and the contents saying "/.php", followed by another pop up that with the header saying "Update available" and the contents saying "The parameter is incorrect".  Clicking okay on the 2nd window makes it go away (for a while), but clicking the first one does not end the problem, it is either not doing anything or reappearing so fast I can't tell.

I've run Avast scan, Malwarebytes, Superantispyware, adwcleaner, and hitman pro.  Nothing seems to even see an issue.  Any guidance on what this is would be great.

Sounds like a corrupt User account not malware.. create another account and see.. Ask again in Win 10 to see how.
