An MVP friend of mine had the same issue. She "fixed" it by disabling System Restore.
I suspect that Microsoft is working on a fix for this, but have no idea about it (I quit the MVP program a while back and don't read their stuff either)
I'll be glad to take a look at your reports and make some suggestions - but the Fast Ring builds aren't all that stable and I suspect that this is an instability in the build which we won't be able to fix (as such, the best option is to revert to the previous build and wait for a new one to come out).
Be sure to let your system report to Microsoft - as that's the only way they'll end up knowing that this is happening.
