FYI: There is no BSOD. Just a frozen screen of all the processes that were running on my screen. I'm also just copy-pasting from another forum.

Hey there.

In the past 3 days, I've been running into an issue where both of my monitors' screens freeze. Nothing can be done besides pressing the reset button on my PC. This happens when I'm playing games and watching a stream on the side. I've never run into this issue in all my years of gaming, plus I've upgraded some parts (CPU, GFX, SSD). This has happened for the games: Total War: Warhammer 2 and CS:GO. On the side, I'm running a stream (twitch - 480p, nba stream - 720p).

Coincidentally, this has happened after I updated my Windows 10 with the Fall Creator Update. I don't know if it has anything to do with that.

Solutions I've tried: Cleaning the dust inside my PC, reinstalling graphics card.

Here are the attached documents that include:

DXDiag, HWMonitor before and after. My PSU is 550W.

Edit: Just found out that there are no attachment functions on this forum. Posting gyazos.

DXDiag:

System while playing a game and running NBA stream (720p) (HWMonitor):

Here's something interesting I found in Task Manager while running the game and stream:

Don't know what the Desktop Window Manager is, but it's eating up so much RAM. I have all visual performance options set to maximum performance, disabled most background services.

Edit 2: Extra info, this has only happened twice in the past 3 days. It's not happening every time I have the games running with the stream, but I just don't want this to be a regular thing.

Update: Just ran a memtest86. It took about 6 hours and I passed all 4 tests with no errors.

You can upload several different file formats to the forums - but the easiest is .ZIP

Please wait until the system freezes again, then recover and immediately generate these 2 sets of reports:

Report Set #1)  Please run this report collecting tool (even though you may not be experiencing BSOD's) so that we can provide a complete analysis: (from the pinned topic at the top of the forum)   http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/t/576314/blue-screen-of-death-bsod-posting-instructions-windows-10-81-8-7-vista/

If you have problems with it running it, there's an alternate tool here (direct download link):  https://github.com/blueelvis/BSOD-Inspector/releases/download/1.0.5/BSODInspector-1.0.5.exe

NOTE:
Please zip up the (.ZIP) files - do not use .RAR or other compression utilities.
.ZIP is the type file that can be uploaded to the forums.

Report Set #2)  Please do the following:
- open Event Viewer (run eventvwr.msc from the "Run" dialog)
- expand the Custom Views category (left click on the > next to the words "Custom Views")
- right click on the "Administrative Events" heading
- select "Save all Events in Custom View as..."
- save the file as Admin.evtx
- zip up the file (right click on it, select "Send to", select "Compressed (zipped) folder")
- upload it with your next post (if it's too big, then upload it to a free file-hosting service and post a link here).

FYI - If we're looking for Event ID 41 errors (unexplained shutdowns), there's more info on that here:  http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2028504
The Event ID 41 error is simply Windows saying that it doesn't know why it shutdown.

Thanks for the reply. What do you mean by "recover"? Does that just mean restart the system or is there some special way to recover?

If the system freezes, you won't be able to generate the reports.
So you do whatever it is that you usually do to get the system working, then generate the reports.
