Starting In Safe Mode

I need to start my computer in Safe Mode. I was told this was the place to learn how to do that.

Can someone 'splain please? :thumbsup:

It is very easy. Just begin tapping the f8 key whilst you boot up your computer. Keep tapping until you get the Safe Mode Splash on your computer.

I need to ask what the issue is with dafrogs computer.
Everyone told him how to get into safe mode.
No one has asked what the problem is!

Safe Mode is a tech and troubleshooting tool.
Think of Safe Mode like vanilla ice creme.
It is ice creme with no frills.
Windows works, barely, it is bare bones.

Now we need to see what the issue really is
In the beginning there was the command line.

Safe Mode is also a good place to run Defrag, antivirus and antispyware programs.
