Can't boot up pc

my pc is suddenly turned of and not booting. All components are working and only green light is on continuously (not red and green both)

 

specification are

Intel core 2 duo speed 3.16

2gb ddr3 ram

ZEB-G41-D3 Motherboard

 

Please help

fed up with Windows antics...??....LINUX IS THE ANSWER....I USE LINUX MINT 18.3  EXCLUSIVELY.
