I am having problems syncing my tungsten e with my laptop. I was using it with another pc but I now want to use it with my pc. I installed the desktop and the laptop recognized new hardware. It looks as though it is syncing but my data does not show up on the desktop. I'm at a loss.

Thank you for your help.

What version of windows are you running? Stereotypically it would be appearing in your "My Computer" if your on windows xp go to start in the lower left, otherwise My Computer should be in the upper left. Your device should be displayed as a removable disk (like removable F: or something) if it does not appear in your my computer, tell me the name of your device and who makes it.

Have to ask .... If you haven't installed the PALM software from your CD, do that. Are the OS's of the 2 PC's the same and were you syncing the same conduits eg Outlook

Assuming XP
TRY..........Check the system tray to see if Hotsync is running,if not
Start>Programs>Palm Desktop group>Hotsync Manager.
Select Local USB
