Totalidea RAM Disk Driver is a new feature that is part of Tweak-XP Pro v4. Is that something that you or another family member installed?

I'm not sure I understand what other question you are asking. If its about security settings, then a complete list of safe settings is shown here. Also read Setting Up Security Zones

I don't use YouTube so I'm not familiar with it other than that it utilizes Adobe Flash technology to display video. However, you might want to provide more specific information other than that you cannot play anything.

What specifically is happening when you try to play something? Are you getting any error messages? Is your system crashing or freezing? Were you able to play anything previously? When did the problem start? Does your flash player work at other sites?

Have you reported the problem at YouTube's Contact Us page?

Providing this information may help identifying/resolving your problem more quickly.
