Macbook pro 10.6.8

Mail 4.6

Is there anyway I can download my Sent Folder from the Comcast server to my Sent fodler in Mail? I looked thru preferences and can't find a way to do so. I'd really like to archive my Sent mail on my computer and the BU HD.

Given the age of your Mail client, that may not be possible. There are a number of forum topics regarding issues with Comcast email syncing with Mail 4.6.

Thanks aflatechguy

I've downloaded the upgrade El capitan for mac 10.6.8, but I'm just too tired to go thru all that work of installing it and installing an updated Virtual box and learning all the differences. My old OS keeps staggering on and fortunately Mail does download the inbox.
