Hi,

The inauguration of our new restaurant at Dubai is planned by the second week of January.

I was looking for some ideas which can be implemented in the inaugural event inorder to catch the attention of people. While researching about the event technologies, I came across a term '3d virtual assistant' here http://fractal.ae/holograms/.

Can anyone explain me what this is about? And how can it help the event?

Any suggestions would be highly appreciated.

Thank you.

For explaining products to customers, yes; for hotel opening, not much.

It is what the name says "holograms". A three-dimensional image formed by the interference of light beams from a laser or other coherent light source. A photograph of an interference pattern which, when suitably illuminated, produces a three-dimensional image.

Light-based projections of items in the database is what it is happening here.

Thank you for the reply. What if the projection is to a pizza shape and the pizza tells a story? Would it be interesting?

That will be a great idea, actually.

As kids and women will get easily attracted to it.

But check if it is worth the cost.

Share some pictures/videos later of the event, especially if you use the Holograms.
