So 30 minutes ago i was typing a comment on Youtube but whenever i turned caps lock on the keyboard kept freaking out by having the buttons be unresponsive, buttons doing their intended function (Like the E button making an E be typed.) dozens of times despite not being physically stuck and so on and so forth i also think that happened without caps lock on and then the keyboard just turned off for no reason with the Num Lock and Caps Lock blinking for half a second occasionally and that continued until i nudged the USB port for the keyboard and then it turned on.

Now it seems to have stopped but im not sure.

Does anyone know what it could've been ?

You have a bad keyboard, they are cheap to replace. Under $10 for most generic models.
