Hey Guys & Gals,

I am having a problem with my Windows 10 Machine. It has been running slow lately. Once in a while I have to turn it off with the power button because the screen is black and wont come on. My power settings are set to never sleep. I also have been having issues running updates on it while always fail for some reason. Lately my firefox is stalling and running slowly and I also use it as a server to stream movies from it to my Fire TV and the picture is constantly freezing and skipping all of a sudden.  I would like some help diagnosing the problem because this PC was running flawless.

I have ran both Superantispyware and Malwarebytes and it only found cookies. I have also run TFC.exe and it found a bunch of temp files which didn't really fix the issue. Please let me know what information you need and how to fix the issue.
