Hi to everybody from Calgary - Canada.

I'm here hoping that someone can help my computer that's sick :thumbsup: . I don't know if it's possible but anyway I wanna say THANKS to the people running this website. You're great!

Welcome to BC.
The triage for sick (infected) computers is the "Am I Infected?" Forum. Post there and provide as much information as you can. If your problems appear not be be malware-related, then post in the forum that is most suitable.

I think I skipped the triage and I posted in HijackThis Logs and Analysis... I've already found a lot of garbage in my computer. Hopefully I did right!

Now that you have submitted a log, remember that anything you do now to correct any problem you have can invalidate the data in the log, so please be patient and wait for a member of the team to help you.
