unknown virus

ok heres a new 1 to me I found this virus on a Pals com (using trendmicro)
Located in
uncleanable and unable to delete as file in use

But when I tried to find out info on how to delete/clean the little pest there was nothing in the knowledge base (not @ Mcafee either)
Id sure welcome some help!

Compaq Content Monitoring Tool Service1. Click Start, then Control Panel.
2. Click the Performance and Maintenance icon in the Control Panel.
3. Click the Administrative Tools icon.
4. Double-click the Services icon.
5. Locate and right-click content monitoring tools in the list of services.
6. Select Properties from the menu.
7. Click the arrow next to Startup type and select Disable.
8. Click OK and close all windows.
9. Restart the computer for the changes to take effect.
