Dual Routers Private Network IGMP Snooping - Knowledgable Person?

Network im on has this setup and need someone who knows more about this setup, windows firewalls detects constant attacks every 10 seconds and ARP connections, linux firewall detected more by scanning self, need info?

 

This is a shared network, any information would be appreciated.

 

"Netstat -r" List this "Should show 127.0.0.1"

Have firewall logs if anyone has information about this?

 

This is a shared network im on, windows firewall logs go back awhile, need more information and can provide logs to you to verify so i can report.
