Let's try looking at these 2 sets of reports:

Report Set #1)  Please run this report collecting tool (even though you may not be experiencing BSOD's) so that we can provide a complete analysis: (from the pinned topic at the top of the forum)   http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/t/576314/blue-screen-of-death-bsod-posting-instructions-windows-10-81-8-7-vista/

If you have problems with it running it, there's an alternate tool here (direct download link):  https://github.com/blueelvis/BSOD-Inspector/releases/download/1.0.5/BSODInspector-1.0.5.exe

NOTE:
Please zip up the (.ZIP) files - do not use .RAR or other compression utilities.
.ZIP is the type file that can be uploaded to the forums.

Report Set #2)  Please do the following:
- open Event Viewer (run eventvwr.msc from the "Run" dialog)
- expand the Custom Views category (left click on the > next to the words "Custom Views")
- right click on the "Administrative Events" heading
- select "Save all Events in Custom View as..."
- save the file as Admin.evtx
- zip up the file (right click on it, select "Send to", select "Compressed (zipped) folder")
- upload it with your next post (if it's too big, then upload it to a free file-hosting service and post a link here).

FYI - If we're looking for Event ID 41 errors (unexplained shutdowns), there's more info on that here:  http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2028504
The Event ID 41 error is simply Windows saying that it doesn't know why it shutdown.

While waiting for a reply, please monitor your temps with this free utility:  http://www.almico.com/sfdownload.php

Unfortunately it appears that the system has pirated software.
Please get a legitimate copy installed and we'll be glad to help.

Here's suggestions on how to ensure that your version is legitimate:  http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/genuine

Please be aware that we may not be able to fix it (as the hacks that were done to activate it will cause the OS to behave differently than we expect it to). If that's the case, our efforts to help may just waste your time. Secondly, the forum rules prohibit assisting with pirated software - so the topic would be closed if that is the case.

As a courtesy, I will offer an analysis of your issues using the reports you provided.
I will not answer any questions about the analysis until the system is made legitimate.
If you do make it legitimate, please submit a new set of reports for us to check.

Just FYI, sometimes the owner won't know about this.  So here's 2 scenarios that might ring a bell:
- if they had a "friend" help with the computer - and the "friend" installed a pirated copy.
- or they used a copy that they had from another OEM computer.  The OEM license is tied to the hardware that it came from - so you can't just use it on another system (that means that it's pirated).

And here's the analysis:

Your UEFI/BIOS (version F20) dates from 2016.  Please check at the manufacturer's website to see if there are any UEFI/BIOS updates available for your system.  This is just in case there has been a more recent update.
FYI - W8 and W10 communicate more with the UEFI/BIOS than previous versions of Windows, so it's important to ensure that the UEFI/BIOS is kept up to date (and that outdated UEFI/BIOS' may be the cause of some compatibility issues).

Only 3 Windows Update hotfixes installed.  Most build 15063 (1703) systems have more than this.  Please visit Windows Update and get ALL available Windows Updates.
The actual number is not important.  Rather it's important that you checked manually, installed any available updates, and didn't experience any errors when checking or updating.

You have 3 hard drives.  What is the make/model/wattage and age of your Power Supply?
The purpose of this question is to get you to evaluate your PSU.
- PSU's tend to get less efficient with age
- adding components over time may decrease the ability of the PSU to support the entire system (Maybe remove some stuff to see if that helps?)
- while you can measure the output of a PSU with a multimeter, the readings may change dramatically when the PSU is put under load.  PSU testing instructions (by dc3) here:  https://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/t/654994/pc-is-crashingfreezing-up-multiple-times-daily/page-2#entry4341756
- there's a free PSU test in the OCCT program at http://www.ocbase.com/

There are many Live Kernel Events in the WER section of the MSINFO32 report.
In addition, there's not much in the way of patterns to the shutdowns in the Admin event log

These both tend to support the idea that there may be a hardware problem.
So, please start with these free hardware diagnostics:  http://www.carrona.org/hwdiag.html

If all those tests pass, then try this procedure to see if you can isolate the device (this works best on desktops, not as well for laptops):  http://www.carrona.org/strpdown.html

FYI - a lot of the errors seem to point at video - so I'd try those diagnostics first.

Daemon Tools (and Alcohol % software) are known to cause BSOD's on some Windows systems (mostly due to the sptd.sys driver, although I have seen both dtsoftbus01.sys and dtscsibus.sys blamed on several occasions).

Please un-install the program, then use the following free tool to ensure that the troublesome sptd.sys driver is removed from your system (pick the 32 or 64 bit system depending on your system's configuration):  New link (15 Aug 2012):  http://www.duplexsecure.com/downloads (pick the appropriate version for your system and select "Un-install" when you run it).
Alternate link:  http://www.disc-tools.com/download/sptd
Manual procedure here:  http://daemonpro-help.com/en/problems_and_solutions/registry_and_sptd_problems.html
NOTE:  The uninstaller may not find the SPTD.sys driver.  Don't worry about it, just let us know in your post.
NOTE2:  The latest version has an SPTD2.sys driver - the uninstaller is on the same page as the SPTD.sys driver - just download the version for W10!

The lone memory dump points to your Razer drivers:

- first, uninstall the Razer drivers and see if that helps

- if not, then try downloading the latest, W10 compatible version of the drivers for your system/device

- if that doesn't fix it, then try another device to see if it's the hardware causing the problem.

Please update these older drivers.  Links are provided in order to assist you with looking up the source of the drivers.
If unable to find an update, please uninstall the program that is responsible for that driver.

DO NOT manually delete/rename the driver as it may make the system unbootable!!!:

Thank you for the response,

The software copy should be legitimate now, I've attached the new reports.

- I updated bios from f20 to f22b

- windows update says "Your device is up to date", any manual way to search and install hotfixes?
- The model of my PSU is Seasonic platinum 860w and it is 2 years old.
I don't have a
multimeter, I've added the OCCT test results.
- both bootable hardware diagnostics came out fine, and i think the disassembly part is a bit too advanced for me..
- Uninstalled Daemon tools, but the uninstaller tool didn't find the SPTD.sys driver.
- uninstalled the razer driver and updated the ones i found..

the problem i encounter now is, after boot, the pc only recognizes the HDMI port and not the display port, unless i unplug my monitor from power and then plug it again.

Thanks again for all the help!

i'm sorry????
the only thing i changed was the folder name "OCCT TEST.zip"

i don't even know how to change things in the logs, so you can check again and see that it's not true
that's pretty insulting.

I have had a PM conversation with the OP.

It was very pleasant, and appeared honest and heart-felt.
As such, I agreed to review the rest of the reports for additional evidence of piracy.

As I was not able to find any further evidence of piracy, nor any other signs of tampering with the reports, I've decided to continue with the analysis here.

This is a one-time decision and won't be used to justify or refuse further topics.

The last memory dump (from 10 Oct) blames the Razer drivers again.

There's no evidence of software issues here - but there are some suggestions of a hardware problem (I'd suspect your video card).
Have you run the full gamut of Furmark and Video2 tests?  Did they all pass?

I suspect these older drivers simply because they are dated from before Windows 10 was released.
Please uninstall the software for these older drivers.

DO NOT manually delete/rename the driver as it may make the system unbootable!!!:

If that doesn't fix things, then the next step would be to try another video card (one that's known to be good).

In the event you don't have one to try this with, you may want to purchase one from a shop that'll let you return it for your money back.
If that doesn't work, then you may wish to take it to a shop and have them test it with another video card.

Good luck!

In your Start Menu is an item for Start Menu\Programs\Silicon Labs\USBXpress Software Development Kit

See if you can uninstall it from there.  I expect that that will take care of the first 3 drivers on the list.

The other one is a program called Hardware Info and is from here:  https://www.hwinfo.com/
