Ok so i was playing roblox and out of no where my character started moving by itself, i left the game, i went to other websites my screen is constantly SCROLLINGDOWN by itself, ive restarted pc, unsinstalled and reinstalled mouse, (it is connected to my laptop through a wire), and so much more, it even it pressing keys without me, and when i watch youtube videos it automatically lowers the volume to mute and i have to spam click max throughout the whole video to keep it there. when i search in search bar, if im not quick enough it starts going down to the links of past searches by itself!!! DIS IS FOKIN RIDICULOUS M8.

i want to die. (not rlly but it just gives me dat feeling of purrrrrrre annoyance)

this is bleep annoying

it felt like WW2 just being able to get to this website, be able to create and account, (but to mak it easier i used my twitter) and type this in, currently typing this with my scroll bar thing at the bottom of the screen cause i cant go up without it going down, hopefully not to much bad grammar.

pls help...

What mouse are you using?

That is where I would start, may be a mouse driver at work here.

The first thing I'd do is disconnect the external mouse entirely and go back to the mouse pad (even as just a temporary move) to see if that fixes things.
