I have a repair warranty. Please explain: especially because this Acer computer has a factory load that needs your assistance.

First of all can you supply the model number of this computer, secondly, can you give a bit more detail on what you mean by 'factory load' ?


If you mean that you want to do a re-set on the computer - that is, restore it to an ex-works condition by using a restore partition - then what operating system are you using ?
