I’m having a problem with my computer. When I connected the headphones to my computer, the sounds didn’t turn on in the headphones. But early it worked. When I turned on the speakers were normal. Restarting the computer didn’t help.

I see you are having issues with sound -- so what type of computer or device is this?

Have you tried connecting your headphones to a different device?
