Hi! For two weeks iam having randonly occuring blue screen error (whea uncorectable error 0x124) I read all over the internet it can be caused by hardware but i have ran dell epsa test and it didnt find any error. I figured out it only happens when i use my browser (mozilla) so i changed it to chrome but it didnt help. It only happens when surfing web it never happend during hot online gaming sesion. I used cc cleaner to check registry it did i ran some console command (sfc /scannow) i suppose it scaned disk. It did find error and fix it but i am still expieriencing blue screen.

Your UEFI/BIOS (version 1.05.07LS1) dates from 2017.  Please check at the manufacturer's website to see if there are any UEFI/BIOS updates available for your system.  This is just in case there has been a more recent update.
FYI - W8 and W10 communicate more with the UEFI/BIOS than previous versions of Windows, so it's important to ensure that the UEFI/BIOS is kept up to date (and that outdated UEFI/BIOS' may be the cause of some compatibility issues).

You have no Windows Update hotfixes installed.  Most build 15063 (1703) systems have more than this.  Please visit Windows Update and get ALL available Windows Updates.
The actual number is not important.  Rather it's important that you checked manually, installed any available updates, and didn't experience any errors when checking or updating.

Please uninstall Virtual Clone CD as it's drivers date from 2014 (before W10 was released)

Beyond that, this appears to be a hardware problem.  Dell's diagnostics don't test every component in the system - just the major one's.  Also, diagnostics aren't 100% accurate - so there may be problems that aren't detected.

Please start with these free hardware diagnostics:  http://www.carrona.org/hwdiag.html

If all of them pass, then the next step is a hardware stripdown to rule out other components.
Unfortunately, this is very, very difficult with a laptop for 2 reasons:

- getting into the case and removing parts is difficult

- many of the components are built into the motherboard - so the furthest you can diagnose (in most cases) is if it's a motherboard or not.

Anyhow, here's the procedure for a hardware stripdown in case you want to try it (it was done for a desktop system, so you'll have to adjust for a laptop):  http://www.carrona.org/strpdown.html

Don't worry about the BIOS for now.  As it dates from 2017, it's the least likely of the things you'll have to do.

We can always get back to this later on.
