I get a UNABLE TO OPEN error when I try to open added mailboxes to a users account. Ive been through all the steps but cant seem to give them access to it. Of course I can open them if I iinstall them on my outlook, most likly because I have full admin rights. How do I grant access to these mailboxes to another user? Even if I log into the domain as the original mailbox user, then delegate access to the other user, they still can't open the folder.
