Hi, I have turned off action center but i still get popups from the system tray. Is there a way to turn those off as well? I have "always show icons in the notification area" turned off.

What are these popups exactly?

Please post an image of this pupup, or at the least quote the error message.

Yes, do what dc3 suggests because these could be anything from legitimate Windows 10 messages to PUPs to viruses. You did not provide enough info for us to know what you are talking about.
