Ouch, never expected both tools would have problems! I whipped up a batch script in a couple of minutes:

@echo off
mode con: cols=140lines=50
color 6f
title Mini BSOD File Collection App
echo ------------------------------------------------------------------
echo Welcome to bwv848's Mini BSOD File Collection App.
echo NOTE: This should only be run if the other BSOD collection apps don't work.
echo ------------------------------------------------------------------
echo Please press any key on your keyboard to continue.
pause >NUL

REM Checking if the script was run as the administrator (http://stackoverflow.com/questions/4051883/batch-script-how-to-check-for-admin-rights)
net session >nul 2>&1

if %errorLevel% NEQ 0 (
echo You do not have the required Administrator privileges.
echo Please run the script again as an Administrator.
 echo Script Aborting!
 PAUSE
 goto:eof
)

REM Collecting IPConfig Report
ipconfig /ALL > "%userprofile%\desktop\Mini_BSOD_File_Collection_App\IPConfigALL.txt"

REM Collecting Directory Listing of Minidump folder
dir %SystemRoot%\minidump > "%userprofile%\desktop\Mini_BSOD_File_Collection_App\DumpList.txt"

echo Operation has been completed!
echo Please zip up the folder on your Desktop called Mini_BSOD_File_Collection_App and attach it in your next reply.
echo Press any key to exit!
pause >NUL
exit /B

Note that I am not a programmer at all and don't have a lot of experience with batch files. :) Anyway, to execute the batch file, copy and paste the contents of the code box above into a new Notepad document and save the file as a .bat file. Navigate to the directory where you saved the batch file, right-click it, and run it as the admin. It should create a file called Mini_BSOD_File_Collection_App on your desktop - zip it up and attach it in your next reply.

Hi,

Thanks. For some reason, there are some indications from the uploaded reports pointing to a faulty Windows installation. Therefore, I would like to have an MGADiag report to see what's under the hood.

:step1: Microsoft Genuine Advantage Diagnostic Tool (MGADiag)

  • Download and save MGADiag from here.
  • Navigate to the directory where you saved the file.
  • Right-click on MGADiag.exe, select Run as administrator, and accept any User Account Control prompts.
  • Click Continue.
  • Click Copy.
  • Paste the copied information in your next reply.

Thank you.

Regards,

bwv848

I regret to say this but you appear to be using a pirated version of Windows 7 Ultimate. The end of your Windows Product Key indicates that it is an ACER/GATEWAY/PACKARD Key, and you are using it illegally on an ASUS motherboard.  Our BleepingComputer forum rules prohibit me from helping you further:

No subject matter will be allowed whose purpose is to defeat existing copyright or security measures. If a user persists and/or the activity is obviously illegal the staff reserves the right to remove such content and/or ban the user. This would also mean encouraging the use or continued use of pirated software is not permitted, and subject to the same consequences.

If you would like help, please purchase a legitimate copy of Windows for your computer and run the Sysnative File Collection App again. Furthermore, pirated versions of Windows never function as normally.

Thank you.

Regards,
bwv848

P.S. Did someone else help setup this machine? If so, he or she may have given you a pirated license without your knowledge.
