So frustrating!  :smash:    I'll be reading or typing along on Facebook or in an email, and all of a sudden the text is larger or smaller.  I'll be trying to scroll down, and a double-headed arrow with a dot in the middle appears and scrolls too fast, too far.  I have close to zero control over these functions.  The zoom function seems to be in the address bar; I have attempted to disable it with no success.  The scroll appears in place of the cursor.

HP Laptop with a 232-gig HD running Windows 7 Pro, with Firefox or Chrome; also happens on my desktop, with 850-gig HD and the same software and browsers.  The problems seem more extant in Chrome than in Firefox.  Their own "help" is no help.  Thanks in advance for any /real/ help!
