Hello, Gerald.
Welcome to Bleeping Computer.
Just post your question in the appropriate forum, Am I infected? What do I do?, with a thorough explaination of the problems you're experiencing, along with, Operating System (XP Home, XP Pro, etc.), Antivirus, Spyware/Malware programs, and I'm sure someone will be able to help you out.
