Upgrade Existing Hard Drive

Hey, all! I am looking to upgrade the hard drive in my gaming PC. Are there any that you could suggest in particular? I have been looking at two Seagate branded ones right now. I found basic reviews for them here but am really looking for more opinions before I settle on anything.

Is OS drive already an SSD?
