Hello, I have a Microsoft Win. 10 HOME. PC is Hewlett-Packard 64 based with Processor AMD-A8 - 6410 APU with AMD Radeon R5 graphics. There is a problem with updates since I have had this PC. Every few hours, Microsoft is saying they will shut down my PC and install updates - when they do they never install. Trouble shooting says there is corruption and I don't know why or what it means. I went ahead and uninstalled updates as suggested and nothing has changed, same message came up about corruption. Microsoft always says uninstalling updates and after installing updates and it's driving me crazy. It never works and installs properly. Any suggestions? Make me sane again. Thanks- Tammie

Yes.

1.  Take a full system image backup of your system.

2.  Take a separate backup of your user data.

3.  Follow the instructions Updating Windows 10 using the Windows 10 ISO file.
