Computer Crashes

Hello. So the last 2-3 months im having massive crash problems. Sometimes it will happen once or two times a day some will not happen for a few days some will happen all the time. It could happen while not doing anything but most of the time it will happen during gaming. Most of the times when it freezes it does some weird sound and im forced to do a forced restart. Sometimes after that even through the pc would open nothing would apear on screen and i had to do try open it a lot of times until it opens. I checked everything on hardware except the motherboard cause i would have to sent it somewhere else to check it. Anyway i did a format and everything was working fine for 2 whole weeks 0 crashes so i thought the problem had to be software and that i fixed it. But since yesterday it started doing it again. My computer is less than 2 years old. We also checked the computer inside everything is in the position, its not too dusty and the tempature is more than fine. Specs:

CPU: CPU INTEL CORE I5-6500 3.20GHZ LGA1151

GPU: MSI Get Force GTX 950

PSU: i dont know the model its "old" a friend of mine gave it to me but we checked it and was working fine.

RAM: HYPERX HX421C14FB/8 8GB DDR4 2133MHZ HYPERX FURY

motherboard: MSI H110M PRO-VH RETAIL

hard drive: SSD KINGSTON SV300S37A/120G V300 120GB SATA3 2.5'' RETAIL

Im not sure if this is software or hardware problem so i wasnt sure at what topic to post this.

Please download MiniToolBox  , save it to your desktop and run it.
 
Checkmark the following checkboxes:
  List last 10 Event Viewer log
  List Installed Programs
  List Users, Partitions and Memory size.
 
Click Go and paste the content into your next post.
 
Also...please Publish a Snapshot using Speccy taking care to post the link of the snapshot in your next post.

   Go to Piriform's website, and download the free version on the left.  Click Download from Piriform.com (the FileHippo link requires an extra click). Or if you want to use a portable version of Speccy (which doesn't require installation), click the builds page link and download the portable version. You will now be asked where you want to save the file. The best place to put it is the Desktop, as it will be easy to find later.

    After the file finishes downloading, you are ready to run Speccy. If you downloaded the installer, simply double-click on it and follow the prompts until installation is complete. If you downloaded the portable version, you will need to unzip it before use. Right-click the ZIP file and click Extract all. Click Next. Open up the extracted folder and double-click on Speccy.
 
     Once inside Speccy, it will look similar to this (with your computer's specifications, of course):

     Now, at the top, click File > Publish Snapshot.

     Click Yes > then Copy to Clipboard

Now, once you are back in the forum topic you are posting in, click the ADD REPLY or REPLY TO THIS TOPIC button. Right-click in the empty space of the Reply box and click Paste. Then, click Add Reply below the Reply box.

Are you downloading/installing torrented software?

 

In any case...there is a significant increase in the risk of malware with such.

 

For a Windows install to reflect the errors that you do...after 3 days...is quite unusual.  Chrome and League of Legends processes reflect RAM usage that I would say is not typical.  The RAM usage for Windows Defender is also above the norm.

 

I think that it might be a good idea to initiate a new topic in BC's Am I Infected forum.

thanks i will try on other topic. 

yes i do download some torrent files but i am always carefull on what it is. also i've checked and scanned my pc many times. i had a torjan but i cleaned it the problem is still there. 

do you know what those errors mean?

Those errors are just indications that something is going wrong...that's what Windows errors attempt to be.  Sometimes they can point to a given problem...sometimes they cannot.  It's kind of like asking a child "What's wrong?" when he/she can only tell you that "this hurts" and that won't necessarily enable anyone to figure out what may the problems.

 

Now that you have reposted in the Am I Infected forum, let's wait for that topic to be definitive.  To avoid confusion, I will close this topic for now, pending resolution of the AII topic.  Once that is resolved, you can send me a PM and I will reopen this topic if you still have system issues.
