I bought a Q7 spy camera and I can not make it work ONLINE, no matter the distance between the camera and the router, I always get the camera OFFLINE. Of course the battery is charged and the power switch is ON.
I would be happy if anyone had an idea for solving the problem. I am now in a state of helplessness.
** Attached: a photo of the first page of the camera's instructions
Thanks in advance .

Interesting, so you are having difficulties with the camera finding your wireless network is that correct?

Hi:

I'm connected to the WIFI at home and all the devices are working on the network just fine, only this camera (wifi camera) is causing problems. My computer has installed Windows10, and the mobile phone with Android. In both, I get the camera OFFLINE. Does that answer your question?
thank you for your quick response.

Interesting, what encryption are you using on your wireless network WPA2 or WPA?

The camera is new and now ut us the first time I want to activate it.

I installed the software on the computer and the app on the smartphone. In both, I receive a message that the camera is OFFLINE.

Wow the manual is 80.5 Megabytes but it's taking forever to download the manual and I have a high speed connection. Just be patient this is going to take a little bit ok.

No problem 16 minutes left before the download is finished.

I got one page of explanations with the camera, there are a few pictures and very few explanations in English and Chinese.
