Ggreetings, recently this (SHORTE.ST) has been popping up.Don't know where it came from but, I would like to know how to get rid of it.(It says shorten URLs and earn money) It doesn't matter what bowser I'm using it just pops up. Tried Malwarebytes (it showed nothing).So any input is appreciated Thx

Sounds like a "browser hijacker". Could have been downloaded and/or bundled with something you recently installed. Look in Programs and Features and see if SHORT.ST is listed. If so, uninstall. If not, then I would likely run some programs that you can download from "BC Downloads" such as Adware Cleaner, JRT and then rerun Mbam. If it still persists, I would post in the "Am I infected " forum.

Also look in your browser extensions for it and disable
