The reason I say this is that I see Multicast DNS is being used and the Bonjour app uses Multicast DNS. I also see that User Datagram Port 5353 is also being used. Do you have a plex running?  I am just taking a stab at it I'm A LITTLE RUSTY!!! lol This is leading me to believe that it something Mac or Linux based. Been on duty all night a little tired sorry.
