svchost.exe is a generic Microsoft Host Process for Win32 Services

What are you usually doing with the computer when the popup occurs and exactly what does the popup say?

Did this start after a Windows update?
Can you provide an error number?
Chaos reigns within.
Reflect, repent, and reboot.
Order shall return.
