Hi, I'm on a Windows 10 laptop using an MX Anywhere 2 mouse, that keeps going on and off. Plugging it in or restarting doesn't fix it. Any fixes?

Edit: I can click the mouse, but it doesn't move.

Have you tried the mouse on a different computer? Maybe it's just a defective mouse?

How long have you had it? Maybe Logitech will exchange it.
